What is the difference between a Net2Mail Email Account & one with the fax Add-On? |
Ans. |
The Net2Mail email account gives you all functionalities you'd expect from an enterprise email hosting service: webmail, Outlook integration, collaboration sharing, quality virus protection and spam filtering, etc. The fax add on allows you to send and receive fax digitally. Each account with the fax add on enabled will receive a local DID number to be their fax mail address, and identity when sending. Outside of that, there is no difference because the fax capability is merely an add on function. |

How much are you charging for the DID number? Can I have one for Taiwan and one for America? |
Ans. |
The DID number is included in the fax add-on package. Each account can only have one DID number assigned to it, whether it is a Taiwan or US DID number. However, if you wish to have 2 DID numbers, there is the possibility of creating 2 accounts, one with an US DID number and other with a Taiwan DID number, and then forward the fax documents to the appropriate email account. |

How do I go about applying for an account? |

Fill out the application form in the "Resources" tab and return to Net2Mail. In terms of ordering a Fax ID number or registering a domain name, we will work with you to find a good fit among available options. |
